This private and peaceful village offers affordable, independent living for the over 55's in the highly sought after Dandenong Ranges, only a six minute drive from the Monbulk town centre which has on offer, cafés, supermarkets, fashion and health providers or a short drive to Mt Evelyn, Lilydale, Emerald or Ferntree Gully.
This private village is spread across two locations on 4 beautifully gardened acres. There are only 29 units and a large community Hall for residents use. The units are brick, one and two bedroom and each unit offers privacy, with its own carport and courtyards. All units are flat and on one level for easy access.
The units are offered under a Loan License contract arrangement and the village is independently managed by a Committee of Management.
If you are able to live independently and are looking to downsize and are looking for a retirement village without all the "bells and whistles", but is very affordable, then we may be for you!
